“When Grammy award winning Oasis Mastering told me my master recordings sounded terrific, I wasn’t surprised. Sure, George Scott was able to perform an excellent “capture” of a full band, guitars, accordions, pedal steel, drums, harmony vocals and mandolin. But what I think sets Juice Box Studio apart is something else. George is a musician first. Keyboardists always seem to have an excellent ear, and grasp of harmony. George was great to bounce arranging ideas off, and could help me figure out parts when something didn’t sound perfect. And perhaps most importantly, George has an amazing calmness and patience that made the whole experience seem almost therapeutic. He made me feel like my work was the most important thing in the world at that moment. At the end of it all, I must admit feeling a bit sad that our sessions were over. They were that fun!”
